Trust & Privacy
Your Data Belongs to You. No Accounts, No Tracking.
At ZeroLoginFocus, we believe that privacy is an essential component of focus. You shouldn't have to worry about who is tracking your thoughts, your tasks, or your daily routines. Our privacy policy is very simple: we collect absolutely nothing.
1. Local-First Browser Storage
All tools run locally. When you type a task, track a subscription, or upload clothing photos for the Outfit Decider, that data is written straight to your device using HTML5 LocalStorage and IndexedDB. No image files or task lists are ever uploaded to our servers.
2. Privacy-First Analytics, Zero Ads
We use Google Analytics solely to collect aggregate, anonymous statistics (like page views) so we can understand site usage and make improvements. We do not use advertising networks, tracking cookies, or Meta pixels. None of your actual task lists, routines, or focus data is ever tracked or sent to Google Analytics — that information remains completely private and stored locally on your device.
3. Transient AI Processing
For specific features that require AI reasoning (such as the Voice Brain Dump or the Task Exploder), the application forwards your text input via a secure API proxy Worker directly to the Gemini API.
- We do not store or log transcripts of your requests.
- We do not share your inputs with advertisers or third parties.
- API keys are kept secure on the worker and are never transmitted to your client browser.
4. Backups and Data Deletion
Because your data is kept locally, it is tied to your browser profile. Clearing your browser cache or site data will delete your tasks and settings. To protect your data, you can use the Backup (💾) button in the header to download a JSON file of your local data. You can restore this file at any time.
5. Compliance and Rights
Since ZeroLoginFocus does not collect or process any personal data, we do not store files that fall under traditional GDPR or CCPA data access requests — you already hold 100% of the data. To "delete" your data, simply clear your browser cookies and site cache for this domain.
