OneStep
Task Exploder
"Break any overwhelming task into micro-steps so small you can't refuse to start."
What is OneStep: Task Exploder?
OneStep is a browser-based task initiation tool for people with ADHD who struggle to start. When a task like 'clean the house' or 'do taxes' feels impossible, it is usually because your brain cannot automatically sequence the steps required. Task breakdown, splitting one large goal into a chain of small actions, is the core mechanism behind it. OneStep breaks any overwhelming task into tiny micro-steps so small your brain does not trigger a flight response. It shows you one step at a time, hiding the overall size of the project, and helps you build momentum through immediate, small actions. Where most ADHD time management tools stop at scheduling, OneStep handles the harder problem: getting you to actually start.
How to Use OneStep
- 1
Enter your task
Type or paste the task you want to break down.
- 2
Choose step size
Pick Normal or Tiny steps depending on how stuck you feel.
- 3
Click Explode
Hit the Explode It button to generate your micro-steps.
- 4
Take action
Do the first step, mark it done to unlock the next one, and split again if it still feels too hard.
TimeBlind
Visual Timer
"See and hear time pass with a shrinking arc and gentle chimes."
What is TimeBlind: Visual Timer?
TimeBlind is a visual time awareness tool for people who struggle with time blindness, a common ADHD symptom where time feels abstract rather than real. Instead of showing numbers or a standard clock face, TimeBlind represents time as a shrinking circle that changes color as your session nears completion. It also plays gentle chimes at regular intervals so you can feel the duration of time without constantly checking a clock.
How to Use TimeBlind
- 1
Select mode
Choose Focus Session, Pomodoro, or a Passive Day Arc.
- 2
Set duration
Use the presets or custom inputs to set your focus time.
- 3
Start the timer
Hit Start. The circle begins shrinking and colors shift as time passes.
- 4
Listen for chimes
Gentle chimes play at set intervals to pull your attention back.
DopMenu
Dopamine Menu Builder
"Build a menu of healthy dopamine hits to reach for instead of doomscrolling."
What is DopMenu: Dopamine Menu Builder?
DopMenu is an interactive dopamine menu builder that helps people with ADHD replace doomscrolling with healthy alternatives. An ADHD brain constantly seeks dopamine, which makes it highly susceptible to distraction. DopMenu gives you a personalized menu of offline activities, organized by time commitment from 2-minute starters to 30-minute deep dives. When the urge to scroll hits, DopMenu intercepts it and suggests a healthy option instead.
How to Use DopMenu
- 1
Add your activities
Fill your menu with healthy, offline activities like stretching, walking, or reading.
- 2
Categorize by time
Sort them into Starters (2 min), Sides (5 min), or Mains (20+ min) based on availability.
- 3
Set your theme
Pick a visual theme to make your menu feel inviting.
- 4
Intercept scrolling
Open the scroll intervention card when the urge hits, or try Surprise Me for a random pick.
WearToday
Outfit Decider
"Beat morning decision fatigue, pick a random outfit from your own wardrobe."
What is WearToday: Outfit Decider?
WearToday is a visual wardrobe assistant that fights morning decision fatigue. Selecting an outfit involves too many variables, weather, occasion, cleanliness, style harmony, and that overload can drain cognitive energy before the day even begins. You photograph and catalog your clothes locally. The matching engine then recommends three complete outfits based on current weather and formality, removing the choice bottleneck from your morning routine.
How to Use WearToday
- 1
Upload clothing
Drag-and-drop or select photos of your tops, bottoms, shoes, and outerwear.
- 2
Tag metadata
Add color, season, formality, and cleanliness info to each item.
- 3
Configure parameters
Set today's weather and event type (casual, work, date, etc.).
- 4
Generate suggestions
Tap Show Me Outfit to get three options. Pick one, mark it worn, and let the system track your laundry status.
BrainYap
Voice Brain Dump
"Talk out loud and get an organized checklist of tasks, ideas, and reminders."
What is BrainYap: Voice Brain Dump?
BrainYap is a voice-driven brain dump tool that captures racing thoughts before they fade from your working memory. ADHD brains generate a high volume of concurrent thoughts, making it hard to hold onto tasks while working on something else. BrainYap gives you a microphone interface where you talk out loud for up to two minutes. It transcribes your voice in real time, then sorts your sentences into Tasks, Ideas, and Reminders.
How to Use BrainYap
- 1
Start speaking
Tap record and talk freely, dumping everything on your mind.
- 2
View transcript
Watch your words appear in real time as you speak.
- 3
Auto-categorize
Let the tool sort your recording into Tasks, Ideas, and Reminders.
- 4
Organize and send
Drag cards between columns to fix any misclassifications, then pin tasks to FocusWall.
WantItLater
Impulse Buy Cooldown
"Add a 48-hour friction layer between impulse and purchase. Save money."
What is WantItLater: Impulse Buy Cooldown?
WantItLater is an impulse control tracker that adds a 48-hour delay between the urge to buy and the checkout. ADHD brains often chase quick dopamine hits through impulsive spending. WantItLater interrupts this cycle by enforcing a cooling-off period. You log the item name, price, photo, and reason, which satisfies the immediate urge of acquiring the item. By the time the cooldown expires, the dopamine rush has faded and you can make a rational decision.
How to Use WantItLater
- 1
Log impulse purchase
When you want to buy something, open the tool and enter the item details.
- 2
Add photo and reason
Upload a screenshot and write down why you think you want it.
- 3
Wait for cooldown
The tool locks the item behind a 48-hour countdown while the impulse fades.
- 4
Decide rationally
When the cooldown expires, choose to buy, skip, or extend the timer.
SubShield
Subscription Tracker
"Stop silent subscription drain. Track renewals, get reminders, cancel fast."
What is SubShield: Subscription Tracker?
SubShield is a local-first subscription tracker that prevents forgotten renewals and silent credit card charges. ADHD brains struggle with managing dates and administrative tasks, so subscriptions go unused for months while still billing. SubShield puts all your services in one dashboard, showing monthly and annual expenses, and highlighting renewals due within seven days in red. It also flags unused services as ghost spend so you can see where money is quietly draining.
How to Use SubShield
- 1
Log subscription details
Add your recurring services, billing amounts, cycles, and next renewal dates.
- 2
Monitor the dashboard
Check your monthly and annual spend and the renewing-soon banner.
- 3
Flag ghost spend
Mark unused subscriptions to see exactly where money is draining.
- 4
Cancel with ease
Click Cancel It to search Google for the cancellation page directly.
FocusWall
One-Task New Tab
"Every new tab shows only your one current task, full screen, impossible to ignore."
What is FocusWall: One-Task New Tab?
FocusWall is a minimalist browser new-tab override that keeps your most important task visible and prevents tab-related distractions. Every time you open a new tab, your brain is exposed to feeds, search bars, and recommendations that pull you off track. FocusWall replaces the default new tab page with a full-screen display of your single most important task. Keyboard-driven Done and Skip actions let you manage your focus list without leaving the flow.
How to Use FocusWall
